There is a heavy, isolating silence that often accompanies our deepest worries. When you are carrying a burden alone, the weight can feel twice as heavy and the path twice as long. I recognize that I often keep my struggles to myself out of a fear of being a burden to others. I am learning that there is profound strength and clarity to be found when I agree in prayer with a brother or sister in Christ. I will reach out today and share my heart with someone I trust, believing in the power of our shared faith.
